This was my second Mitch Albom book that I read, the first being "The Five People You Meet In Heaven". The moment I read the Vox Hunt question, the first book that popped into my mind was Tuesdays With Morrie. It is a very real and warm story of how the author spent his days with his mentor, Morrie. Morrie, the wise man would give advice on life and basically anything to do with living in this world and making the best out of it.
It is a very moving book - not really a tearjerker for me but it did touch my soul.

However, it was not made during the weekend. I made it just about an hour ago, with the help of my brother and his cookbook. My first attempt at cooking a savoury dish from scratch; the fettuccine carbonara. The lack of bacon and hardness of the fettuccine were the only flaws. Told the brother that we should have cooked the pasta longer but yeah, hard to argue the case with him 'cause he's the better chef. Ben, if you're reading this don't try to take all the credit for cooking the pasta and I won't take credit for cooking it too. Its our joint effort and I'm glad it turned out OK.

This photo was taken on May, 2005 during the sunset. It was one of my earliest photos of my then brand new camera. Recently when I went back to Pangkor, I took another photo.
Its a different part of the island but the sun is definitely the same one (wow, how lame of me). These pictures are so comforting to me. I'm feeling ill now, with a slight flu. The sight of the sunset is a relief for me, brings me back to the time where the sound of the waves and the breathtaking view was just right before me. Ahh, the things I will do to go back to the moments...

I've heard this song the first time when I was watching a trailer for a Taiwanese hit drama, "Say Yes Enterprise". It sounded like a sad love song and since my Mandarin proficiency is quite poor, all I can gather about this song is that its about break up (I think) and the singer can no longer tolerate her lover's antics. I'm gonna search online for the lyrics and the meaning so I can share it with you guys and finally know what the song meant.
OK, I can't find it yet 'cause my Internet connection is lagging. I'll post it in the next post XD
